Product Operations & UX Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Product Operations & UX Specialist to help our users get maximum value from our product – and grow with us for the long run.

🧭 Role Purpose

As a Product Operations & UX Specialist at Guidnce, you will be the bridge between our customers, the product team, and engineering. You will translate user needs into clear product requirements and develop them into intuitive UX designs. Together with the Chief of Product, you will form the core of our product development and ensure the flawless execution of the roadmap.

🎯 Responsibilities

Customer Focus
  • Organize and facilitate workshops with clients and prospects to gather requirements.
  • Actively listen and ask the right questions to identify real customer problems.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and follow up on their initial experiences.
UX & Requirements
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into wireframes and mockups in Figma.
  • Create and iterate UX designs in consultation with clients and the team.
  • Document requirements, flows, and decisions clearly.
Product Development
  • Work in tandem with the Chief of Product to shape and monitor the roadmap, from strategic direction to operational execution.
  • Effectively communicate requirements and designs to the engineering team.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients and internal testers.

Product Operations

  • Manage product documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers, support, sales, and development.
  • Continuously improve processes and feedback cycles within product development.

🧠 Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in a role such as Product Owner, UX Designer, Business Analyst, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into clear product solutions.
  • Experience with Figma (or similar UX tools).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and taking initiative.
  • Ability to bring structure where needed, while maintaining flexibility and speed in execution.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Technical affinity is a plus.
  • Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French.

Data / Cloud Engineer

Do you enjoy building scalable data platforms and cloud infrastructure that power real products?
We’re looking for a hands-on Data / Cloud Engineer to help design, build, and scale the technical backbone of Guidnce, our growing B2B SaaS platform.

🧭 What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in shaping our data and cloud architecture, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance as we grow.

🎯Engineering responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud-native data infrastructure
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines (ETL / ELT)
  • Work with large datasets and support analytics and product use cases
  • Manage and scale our Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure data quality, security, monitoring, and performance
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on architecture and roadmap decisions

🧠Who you are

  • You have 2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar rol
  • You’re comfortable working with the Azure cloud platform)
  • You have strong experience with SQL and Python
  • You enjoy building things from scratch and taking ownership in a startup environment
  • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to make technical decisions
  • You communicate clearly and work well in cross-functional teams

✅ Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with tooling such as Airbyte, Airflow and WorkOS
  • Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Knowledge of analytics, data warehousing, or real-time data processing
  • Interest in SaaS products and data-driven decision making

Customer Success Manager

Do you love turning customers into fans?
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Manager to help our users get maximum value from our product – and grow with us for the long run.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the voice of our customers and a key player in driving retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Your key responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth, value-driven start
  • Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders (think: regular check-ins, QBRs, and friendly support)
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities across the customer lifecycle
  • Create and improve help content, guides, and training materials
  • Gather and share customer feedback with the product and sales teams
  • Support upsell and renewal conversations in collaboration with Sales

Who you are

  • You’ve got 2-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • You’re an excellent communicator – clear, friendly, and good at building trust
  • You’re organized, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • You enjoy diving into product features and helping others get the most out of them
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and French

✅ Bonus points if you have

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Confluence
  • Interest in customer experience, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Worked with or supported contact center or operations teams
